ROCK ISLAND -- The Augustana Vikings men's track & field team wrapped up its final regular season meet of the season on Wednesday and Thursday at the home Midwest Twilight Qualifier.

On the track, AJ Banks posted 14.30 time in the 110m hurdles on Wednesday to put him No. 16 in Division III. Joe Langridge had a personal best in the 1,500m race with a time of 3:54.51 to finish in 14th, while Ben Char had a PR in the 400m to finish in 17th. Finbar Martin's time of 9:16.22 in the 3,000m steeplechase placed him in the top 50 nationally and was good for a lifetime best. Christian Haywood came in second in the 5,000m at 16:33.74 and Grant Ackard was the top Viking in the 10,000m with a time of 32:09.19.

In field events, Caden Eller was the top Augie peformer in the high jump with a personal-best mark of 1.87m, also placing 8th in the long jump at 6.69m. Mike Hudson took third in the javelin after a toss of 55.69m, good for 80th in the country and a new PR. 

Augustana had 16 PRs as a team across the two-day event. The Vikings will await the selections for the upcoming NCAA Championships set to be released on Friday.
