NORMAL, Ill. -- The Augustana Vikings women's golf team finished 13th out of 21 teams over the weekend at the highly competitive Kathy Niepagen Spring Fling. 

Kelsey O'Connor led the team with a total of 162 with round scores of 77 and 85 to tie for 31st. Sarah Bond followed in a tie for 34th after hitting 81 and 82 over the weekend for a total of 163. Abby Buechele finished with round scores of 88 and 87 for a total of 175, while Georgia Holt collected a total of 178 after hitting 87 and 91. Another scorer was Jama Burch who shot 189 in the two-day event. 

The Vikings will be back in action on April 21-22 for the Cardinal Classic hosted by North Central in Bolingbrook, Ill.
