ROCK ISLAND, Ill. – Fifth-year
Emma Odle led the way for the Vikings at Saturday's NCAA Midwest Regional Championships at Saukie Golf Course. Odle finished the race in fifth place with a time of 21:48.6 for All-Region honors. Odle's 5th place finish is the third-best finish all-time at Augustana for the regional meet.
Freshman
Keira Nelson was the Vikings' No.2 in 61st place with a time of 23:54.4.
Ryan Jednachowski followed closely behind Nelson in 63rd place in 23:55.5.
Kenzie Meirhaeghe crossed the line in 95th with a time of 24:36.0, a new personal best.
Ellie De Farno rounded out the Vikings' top five in 98th place with a time of 24:37.3.
Odle will look to earn an individual bid to the NCAA National Championships next weekend in Terre Haute, Ind. She will learn the outcome of the bid section at 2:00PM on Sunday, November 17th.
